On December 13-14, on the basis of Osh State University, testing in Russian as a foreign language was held to determine the level of proficiency in Russian, to identify the degree of formation of communicative competence (TORFL, level B1). 100 people passed the state exam, their successful result is confirmed by a certificate. Prior to that, the examinees were trained in two educational courses "We write and read in Russian", "We learn to understand Russian literature and culture", developed and conducted in November-December 2021 by associate professors of Yakovlev University.

On December 15, a long-awaited meeting of university teachers with students of school number 32 named after Zholon Mamytov, who remotely mastered two additional educational programs, was organized and held. The students completed the test tasks and asked the questions they were interested in: about the grammar of the Russian language, the originality of Russian literature, the conditions for admission to the ChGPU im. I. Ya. Yakovlev and implemented programs, about the customs and customs of the Chuvash people. Students actively answered during the master class "Secrets of the grammar of the Russian language" conducted by E. A. Danilova, listened attentively to the story of I. V. Gavrilova about the poem "Narspi" by K. V. Ivanov, a classic of Chuvash literature. Collections of fairy tales by A. Pushkin and the poem "Narspi", donated by Yakovlev University, together with educational and methodological publications now adorn the bookshelves in the auditorium of the Center for Russian Language and Culture at school number 32. In a solemn atmosphere, the director of the school, Dilara Arapbaevna Aitieva, signed an agreement on international cooperation, an offline opening of the Center took place, which became possible with the active participation of the director and language teachers of school No. 32. Among them are highly qualified teachers with great experience - Rumiya Sibaevna Yunusova, Klara Yakovlevna Ten, who perfectly know their subject and continue to share their knowledge with students.

In the afternoon, associate professors of Yakovlev University met with colleagues from the Faculty of Russian Philology of Osh State University. The meeting discussed the possibility of networking between institutions and specific measures for its implementation. Assoc. E. A. Danilova presented the curriculum of a new educational program for the preparation of bachelors "Russian as a foreign and foreign (English) language" with the aim of a promising exchange of state-funded students in the presence of a similar program at Osh State University. The focus was on the problems of literary education at the university and school, the preparation of scientific research, term papers, and writing articles. Associate Professor of the Department of Methods of Teaching Russian Language and Literature Eshenova Nina Aleksandrovna, author of textbooks on literary reading and Russian literature for the Kyrgyz school, suggested opening a two-profile program "Russian as a foreign language and literature" in view of the need to strengthen the verbal, artistic, emotional component in the system of training bachelors. The head of the Russian Center in the city of Osh of the Russian public fund "Russkiy Mir", associate professor of the department of world literature Miskichekova Zamfira Yagsupovna offered cooperation in organizing and conducting scientific and practical conferences and cultural and educational events.
Associate professors at Yakovlev University were fortunate enough to implement unplanned tasks. On Sunday, December 12, with the support and personal participation of the head of the department of scientific and innovative work Alexander Alekseevich Kirillov, a meeting was held with the director of the Pedagogical Institute of Andijan State University Bakhtiyor Makhmudjonovich Bakhtiyorov and the head of the department of Russian language and literature Nasiba Abdkhamovna Khaidarova. The Pedagogical Institute was preparing for the opening of a new student dormitory, everyone ended up at their workplaces on a day off. A memorandum of cooperation was signed, issues of interaction, organization of internships, participation in conferences, writing joint articles, problems of intercultural dialogue based on the study of the language of artistic literature of the Russian and Uzbek peoples were discussed.
