Presentation of the Center

The Center for the Study of the Russian Language and Culture on the basis of school No. 32 named after Zholon Mamytov of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic conducts its activities for the implementation of scientific, educational, research, cultural and creative projects. It is created in connection with the importance and ambiguity of the development of the function of the Russian language as the state language of the Russian Federation in modern geopolitical conditions. It is also created in connection with the need to facilitate timely cultural and linguistic adaptation of migrants from Near and Far Abroad.

The Center operates in accordance with the departmental target program "Scientific, methodological, methodological and personnel support of teaching the Russian language and the languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation" by the subprogram "Improving the management of the education system" of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of Education", Charter of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Chuvash I. Yakovlev State Pedagogical University" based on the Minutes of the meeting of the commission of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation on competitive selection for the provision of grants in the form of subsidies to legal entities from the federal budget in 2021 as part of the implementation of certain measures aimed at the full functioning and development of the Russian language, the departmental target program "Scientific and Methodological, methodological and personnel support of teaching the Russian language and the languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation" subprogram "Improving the management of the education system" of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of education" No. 3/10 dated 06.09.2021.

The goals of the Center:

• creating conditions for the functioning of the Russian language as a means of interethnic communication between the peoples of the Russian Federation, supporting the Russian language as the basis for the development of integration processes;
• strengthening social peace and harmony, maintaining social and political stability in the country;
• ensuring adaptation to life in society, vocational guidance.

The main tasks of the Center:

• providing open teaching in the Russian language and education in Russian for foreign citizens;
• promoting the Russian language, expanding and strengthening the positions of the Russian language and education in Russian in the countries of the Near and Far Abroad;
• popularization of Russian science, education, Russian culture;
• preparation for adaptation of foreign students wishing to receive education in Russia;
• development and implementation of distance educational programs, taking into account the level of proficiency in the Russian language, as well as the professional orientation of students;
• development of new-generation educational materials for the organization of the educational process;
• studying the process of mastering the Russian language by foreign students in order to identify difficulties and ways to overcome these difficulties/

The main activities of the Center:

Research activities:

• preparation of teaching materials for the organization of the educational process, lectures, video and audio materials.

Educational activities:

• development and implementation of online courses for the study of the Russian language and culture, the development and implementation of educational programs that take into account the level of the Russian language proficiency, as well as the professional orientation of students;
• the use of new methods of learning the Russian language;
• providing methodological assistance to students in the selection of teaching aids, scientific and reference materials;
• conducting master classes to improve the speech skills of students and familiarize themselves with Russian cultural traditions.
