The purpose of the event is a solemn opening of the Center for the Study of Russian Language and Culture at the base of school No 32 named after Zholona Mamytova Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. The purpose of the project is the provision of information programs and projects in the field of intercultural communication, social adaptation and integration of representatives of different countries and cultures in the Russian language and culture; development and implementation of educational programs that provide foreign citizens with the opportunity to study the Russian language, literature and culture, to get acquainted with the customs and traditions of Russia.
