On December 13-14, on the basis of Osh State University, testing in Russian as a foreign language was held to determine the level of proficiency in Russian, to identify the degree of formation of communicative competence (TORFL, level B1). 100 people passed the state exam, their successful result is confirmed by a certificate. Prior to that, the examinees were trained in two educational courses "We write and read in Russian", "We learn to understand Russian literature and culture", developed and conducted in November-December 2021 by associate professors of Yakovlev University.

On December 13-14, Osh State University held a test to determine the level of knowledge of the Russian language (the first level of certification). More than 150 students of the courses "Writing and reading in Russian", "Learning to understand Russian literature and culture" organized by the staff of the Center for the Study of Russian Language and Culture of the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I.Ya. Yakovlev.
University and high school students in Kyrgyzstan took the test on five subtests: Vocabulary. Grammar; To read; To listen to; A letter; To speak.
According to the results of testing, students receive a general certificate of Russian as a foreign language and a certificate confirming the ability to meet basic communication needs in the socio-cultural and cultural spheres of communication (work, study, leisure). Foreign entrants are required to have a first-degree Russian language proficiency certificate to enter Russian universities.
Today, December 13, 2021, at Osh State University (Kyrgyzstan) students of the courses "Writing and reading in Russian" and "Learning to understand Russian literature and culture" will take the final test. Students take an exam in Russian as a foreign language. First level of certification (B1).

Upon successful completion of the test, all students who successfully complete the course will receive an appropriate personalized certificate.
